Mains water, electricity, gas
The weekly exchange of the towels and bedlinen.
The price DOES NOT INCLUDE:
Final cleaning (50 Euros)
Gas for central heating (when needed)

Mode of booking
For the booking of the lodgings is necessary an advance payment through bank transfer, a 30% full cost of the stay.
Further information
In High season weekly rental is from Saturday to Saturday .
CHECK-IN is between 16:00 and 20:00 hours
CHECK OUT by 10.00 am
(although this could be adjusted subject to prior agreement).
CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
THE PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE, related to the stay, will be made BY CASH on your arrival in the structure.
