Located in the splendid setting of Civezza, the flat is about 70 square meters inside a 2 store nice small villa. Once arrived on site just follow the alleyway decorated with flowers till the big terrace of the main door. The interior consists in a kitchen with dishwasher, a living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
During winter nights, it is delightful to rest in front of the fireplace, in summer instead you can tan on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean bush or in the garden, sipping a good glass of wine and admiring a wonderful sunset.
If you have pets no problems, the open space of the apartment is surrounded by
a gate, so you can relax while your "friends" play and run.

The holiday home is located in the typical Ligurian alleys, very spacious and almost completely flat. While sipping an excellent glass of wine or tanning on the terrace, you can enjoy an exceptional view of the sea, while the olive groves are lost on the horizon. the house offers 8 beds, three in private rooms and a sofa bed.
Cipressa is a typical Ligurian town with a beautiful historic centre, in the large square there is both a restaurant and a pizzeria. There are all the services such as pharmacy, grocery, tobacconist, hairdresser and beautician, post office, municipality, school and for those who want to spend a day immersed in the pine forests and nature, an E-bike rental. Numerous duly signposted paths for both biking and trekking, and a natural park where you can walk and meet the very rare Occellated Lizard. The free beach of Cipressa is about 2km away, while the other equipped and free beaches are about 5km away. You can also visit Sanremo, the city of the Festival and the Casino, the botanical gardens of Villa Hambury in Ventimiglia, Montecarlo, the center of social life, all quite close. There is the convenience of Nice airport about 80km away. and that of Genoa about 100km away.
